Welcome to our practice! We are committed to addressing the health needs (physical and emotional) of your children, and giving you the information you need to be an effective parent. Our office tends to be informal and personal, while providing expert pediatric care on site or by appropriate referral to a specialist when needed.

We offer prenatal counseling and health supervision of infants, children, and adolescents through the college years.  In addition, we take care of ill and injured children, routinely screen for developmental problems, monitor immunizations and arrange for appropriate consultation as needed. Adolescent gynecology and counseling are available.

We arrange for sick children to be admitted to Holy Cross, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Suburban, and Children's National Medical Center as necessary, relying on the hospitalists at those institutions to provide optimal care, while we help by coordinating care and ensuring continuity.

Our office participates in teaching medical students and residents.  We are also part of Children's Hospital Research Network and the Pediatric Research in Office Setting (PROS) program of the American Academy of Pediatrics, of which we are all members.  All of our physicians are board certified.  We practice medicine so that our families know us and we know them.

The intent of this webpage is to give you useful information about the practice, as well as topical and reliable advice. There are a myriad of sources of “how to……” We encourage you to browse our site, but please call for “real time” communication: we want you to be informed in a way that best fits the needs of you and your family.
